1. Introduction

ALEETRIX is a digital agency providing AI websites, automation systems, dashboards, branding, marketing, and related digital services. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, products, and services. By using ALEETRIX, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide a range of digital services including, but not limited to:

Web development, landing pages, and e-commerce websites
Dashboards, client portals, and internal tools
AI chatbots, voice agents, and automation workflows
Branding, graphic design, video editing, and content creation
SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and social media management
Marketing systems, lead flows, and growth infrastructure

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your selected package, proposal, or written agreement. Anything not explicitly listed is not included unless agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for project execution.
Ensure you have rights to all assets, text, images, and data you share.
Respond to feedback requests and approvals within a reasonable time.
Use services lawfully and do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Maintain confidentiality of any admin links, staging URLs, or unpublished work shared with you.

4. Payments & Billing

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Easypaisa
NayaPay

Clients must ensure account details are correct before sending payment. ALEETRIX is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts.

Project work and package activation may start only after payment confirmation. For milestone-based work, next milestones begin after prior payment is confirmed. Prices may change with scope or package updates, with prior notice where applicable.

5. Subscription & Activation

Packages and plans are activated after admin approval and payment confirmation.
Duration, limits, and inclusions depend on the selected package.
Expired, cancelled, or unpaid subscriptions may result in service suspension, reduced access, or removal of hosted assets after notice where practical.
Reactivation may require renewal, back-payment, or upgrade depending on elapsed time.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds once work has started, assets have been reserved, or build hours have been allocated. This includes strategy, design drafts, development, and automation setup time.

Exceptions may apply solely at ALEETRIX admin discretion, where work has not yet started or where duplicate payment can be verified. Any approved exception will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, minus transaction or processing costs where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, approved final deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you for your business use. This does not include:

Pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, workflows, and internal systems developed by ALEETRIX
Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, or platforms that remain under their own licenses
Drafts not approved or files not listed as final deliverables

ALEETRIX may showcase non-confidential work in portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALEETRIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, nor for issues arising from third-party platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers, or external APIs.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months. Nothing in these terms attempts to limit liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for misuse, unlawful conduct, repeated policy breaches, or non-payment. You may request termination in writing. Obligations related to payment, confidentiality, IP, and liability survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

ALEETRIX may update these Terms at any time. The current version, with its last updated date, will be available at /terms-and-conditions. Continued use after updates means the revised Terms apply to ongoing use.
